Scott specialises in valuation and professional services. He has an in depth knowledge of the property market in Northern Ireland, covering a wide range of properties, including specialist sectors. He has considerable experience in providing going concern valuations. His main lender clients include Ulster Bank, Santander, Barclays, Bank of Ireland and First Trust Bank.

Scott is an RICS Registered Valuer and has experience handling portfolio and loan advisory commissions. His day to day workload is typically valuation and appraisal of investment, owner occupied and trading commercial property for lending and company accounts purposes. He is also one of the leading advisors to the Healthcare sector.

He also has landlord and tenant expertise and has acted as expert witness in several rent review disputes.

Jago provides advice to a range of clients covering all aspects of valuation and commercial agency in relation to property throughout Northern Ireland with a particular expertise in office agency and development.  Major clients include BT Group Property, RBS, HSBC and Scarborough Group.

Jago has been involved in a range of major office developments in Belfast over the years including as sole letting agent for Millennium House, as well as other major schemes in Belfast City Centre leased to PricewaterhouseCoopers and Northern Ireland Government bodies, including the Department of Finance and Personnel.

Jago also advises BT Group Property in relation to their HQ offices, Lanyon Place, a 150,000 sq ft building in Belfast City Centre and in relation to the company’s operational property throughout Northern Ireland.

Liz provides secretarial and accounts support to the Belfast team, and in particular to the Property Management department carrying out a variety of roles. Liz has been involved in secretarial and administration work for more than 20 years.

As a superb communicator, she can easily establish and maintain open and positive relationships with tenants, landlords and suppliers alike.

Liz has a track record of dealing with new tenants in particular, setting up key lease information on the property management system and implementing the company’s Quality Assurance procedures and protocols.

Barry graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Property Investment and Development. In 2007 Barry qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is now recognised as an RICS Registered Valuer.

Barry currently works within the Professional Services Department and his primary responsibility is to undertake valuations for private and public sector clients. Barry specialises in residential and commercial valuations providing valuation advice / detailed cash-flows to various lending institutions and Housing Associations. He is also experienced in the local agricultural and land markets and is one of the few suitably qualified valuers to advise on farm land in Northern Ireland.
